Kim is one of SURE Building Inspections highly experienced inspectors. Since 1995, Kim has worked in Australia and Internationally as a builder and maintenance contractor, specialising in detailed and complex restorations of historically listed manors and grand old buildings, including conversion of barns built in the 1700’s into residential properties. These works included specialised skills required to restore 400 year old oak floor boards and dry stone walling.
Kim’s attention to detail, master craftsman ship and his bespoke skills has led him to work on award winning building projects and carryout sensitive carpentry work in protected waterways and conservation areas.
Kim also has extensive experience in new builds including both residential and commercial buildings. He holds a UK Level 3 Master Builder qualification and Australian Residential Building Inspection qualifications and is a verified and registered Master Inspector with the Master Inspector Association of Australia.
