Detailed Comprehensive Inspection report

We are proud to be a completely digitised business, as it gives us the means to send you a thorough inspection report on the same day the Comprehensive Inspection is completed.

Once you have been sent your report, one of our experienced Sydney building inspectors will call you to go through it in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

If you have questions 3 months or even 11 months later, you are more than welcome to contact us, as we provide ongoing support up to 12 months after the Comprehensive Inspection is complete on your Sydney property.

Frequently asked questions about Comprehensive Inspections in Sydney

You can attend a Comprehensive Inspection conducted on a Sydney property, however you need to get permission from the selling agent first.

There is no need for you to book in a Comprehensive Inspection time for a Sydney property. Once you have provided us with the details of your selling agent, we contact them directly to arrange a time. You will then receive an email confirming the date and time.

We check lights as part of the Comprehensive Inspection on your Sydney property. If you would like a full polarity test it will be an additional $150. No, we do not check gas as this is a specialised service. In saying this, we do check the stove and gas hot water for serviceability.

As part of your Comprehensive Inspection on your Sydney property we will highlight risk areas of cement fibrous sheeting. Asbestos Lab Testing is $150 per sample when included in the booked inspection.
